I have 1 Private School (Not in the Budget) it is over crowed,
with 1559 students, capacity for only 1000.
I'm not sure what to do about it.
I don't think I can add another Private School?
I just had some fire works go off and my RCI chart
Is positive, so I am experiencing a nice population growth period.
